About the role
The Internal Auditor reviews operations, controls, and compliance across financial processes. The role identifies gaps, risks, and opportunities to strengthen processes.
This position supports operational integrity and risk management.
Responsibilities and competencies
- Conduct audits of lending and operational processes
- Evaluate compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Prepare audit reports and recommendations
- Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions
- Collaborate with risk and compliance teams
- Audit and risk assessment

Requirements
- Minimum of 2:1 in Law, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification preferred (e.g., ACCA, ICAN)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing within financial services
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
