About the role
The Customer Support Officer provides assistance to clients and borrowers, resolving inquiries and ensuring smooth operational interactions. The role serves as a point of contact between clients and internal teams.
This position ensures client satisfaction and supports operational efficiency in loan and service management.
Responsibilities and competencies
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide guidance on loan applications and account issues
- Document and escalate issues as appropriate
- Monitor and follow up on client cases
- Collaborate with operations and collections teams

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with financial services or lending products
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
