About the role
The Credit Operations Manager oversees the execution of lending processes, from application to disbursement and repayment monitoring. The role ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and portfolio quality. This position supports scalability and risk management in credit operations.
Responsibilities and competencies
- Manage end-to-end credit processes
- Monitor operational performance and compliance
- Identify process improvements
- Supervise credit operations team

Requirements
- Minimum of 2:1 in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit operations or lending management
- Knowledge of lending workflows and policies
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements
