About the role
The Collections Strategy Analyst develops and optimises collections processes to improve loan recovery outcomes. The role uses data to design strategies while ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements. This position helps standardize and improve collection performance as lending operations scale.
Responsibilities and Competencies
- Analyse delinquency and recovery data
- Design and implement collection strategies

Requirements
- Minimum of 2:1 in Finance, Economics, or a related social science field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections analytics or credit operations
- Strong data analysis skills
- Knowledge of loan recovery processes and best practices
