About the role
The Account Manager manages relationships with clients, ensuring service quality and satisfaction. The role monitors performance and supports product adoption. This position strengthens client retention and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities and competencies
- Maintain and grow client relationships
- Monitor client portfolios and performance
- Address client concerns and provide solutions
- Collaborate with product, operations, and sales teams
- Provide regular reporting on client accounts
- Client relationship management

Requirements
- Minimum of 2:1 in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or client services
- Knowledge of lending or financial products
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts
