About the role
The Customer Support Officer provides assistance to clients and borrowers, resolving inquiries and ensuring smooth operational interactions. The role serves as a point of contact between clients and internal teams.
This position ensures client satisfaction and supports operational efficiency in loan and service management.
Responsibilities and competencies
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
