About the role
The Collections Strategy Analyst develops and optimizes collections processes to improve loan recovery outcomes. The role uses data to design strategies while ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
This position helps standardize and improve collection performance as lending operations scale.
Responsibilities and Competencies
- Analyse delinquency and recovery data
- Design and implement collection strategy

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections analytics or credit operations
- Minimum of 2:1 in Finance, Economics or a related social science field
