About the role

The Mobile App Developer builds and maintains Android and/or iOS applications used for lending operations. The role ensures mobile applications are secure, performant, and user-friendly.

This position supports mobile adoption and digital access to lending services, enabling growth across markets.

Responsibilities and competencies

Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and/or iOS
Integrate apps with backend systems and APIs
Monitor and improve app performance and security
Debug issues and release updates
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams

Mobile application development
Troubleshooting and debugging
User-focused design and implementation
Release and version control management

Requirements

Minimum of 2:1 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technology field, or equivalent education in mobile app development
Minimum of 2 years of experience developing Android and/or iOS applications
Knowledge of mobile frameworks, SDKs, and APIs
Understanding of mobile security best practices
Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
